Visa Requirements

All visitors to mainland China must acquire a visa in advance. Upon receiving your registration and payments, the conference organizers will send you an official invitation letter that is a required document for your visa application.

You should apply for a visa in person at your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate, although it may be possible to obtain Chinese visas in other countries while you are on an extended trip. To apply for a visa, you must complete an application form, which can be downloaded from the website of Chinese embassy or consulate in your country. Visas are valid for travelling within the entire country.

A complete list of all Chinese embassies and consulates, including address and contact information, can be found at the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, PRC.

If you need an official invitation letter from the dg.o 2016 organization committee for visa application, please fill up the following  form and send it to Ms.Yali Ren (Email: dmglab@fudan.edu.cn). You can copy and paste the form into your email or click HERE to download it.

The international attendee is suggested to start your visa application in advance because it may take a long time to obtain your visa.
